🎨 Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!

Below are my Terms of Service (TOS), designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and a great creative experience for both of us.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

​

💰 Payment

• I accept payments via Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal, in that order of preference.

• All payments must be made in USD ($).

  • Other methods such as checks are not accepted.

• I use a 50/50 payment model:

  • You pay 50% after reviewing and approving the sketch/linework.

  • You pay the remaining 50% after the artwork is completed and I show you a watermarked version.

  • Upon receiving the final payment, I will send you the unwatermarked final file for your own use.

• This system protects both you and me due to unfortunate experiences online.

🎨 Process & Revisions

• You will receive regular progress updates and can provide feedback at each key stage:

  • Sketch

  • Linework

  • Flat Colors

  • Rendering

• You can request revisions during each stage, but only within that specific phase.

  • For example: once I start rendering, changes to the flat colour phase will not be possible.

• No response = approval. If you don’t provide feedback after an update within 24h, I will proceed assuming you’re happy with it

  • Note: This is unless I am informed beforehand that you will not be available due to travel, emergencies or such - In that case, I will wait an agreed upon time.

• Open communication is key! I want you to love the final piece.

• You my follow my creative process on my Trello Board!

  • Link will be provided after we agree upon a commission.

⏳ Deadlines & Delays

• I aim to complete all work by the agreed deadline.

  • Please provide me with a deadline, stating “whenever you can” will not lead to good results.

  • Please express if it’s a hard/strict deadline (such as a debut).

  • I charge a rush fee between $10-20 if the agreed upon deadline changes to a earlier hard deadline.

• I reserve the right to extend the deadline by up to 1 week for personal or health reasons - except if it’s a hard deadline.

• If an extension beyond one week is needed, you may:

  • Deduct from the final payment (the remaining 50% of the price), or

  • Choose to cancel the remaining work (no refund on the initial 50%).

❌ Refund Policy

• The initial 50% is non-refundable once the sketch/linework is approved and work has begun.

• After the final work is completed, the final payment made and files delivered, no refunds will be issued, as multiple opportunities for revision were given.

• This is non-negotiable.

• You will receive updates and feedback opportunities there, unless another method is agreed upon.

📦 Final Deliverables

• You will receive:

  • The final digital illustration (unwatermarked).

  • Multiple versions (e.g., cropped, resized, or alternate ratios) upon request.

• All artwork comes with personal and commercial use rights.

  • However, if you are planning to resell or redistribute the work (e.g. selling your Vtuber model and related artwork, merch, prints, etc.), please contact me first to discuss appropriate licensing terms.

🌐 Showcasing Artwork

• I may showcase your commissioned piece (with my watermark) on the following platforms:

  • My website

  • Twitter/X

  • Discord portfolio

• If you would prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know in advance!

  • I will fully respect your wishes.

💬 Pricing

• Final pricing may vary based on detail, props, backgrounds, effects, etc.

• I charge more for:

  • Backgrounds: $10-$30 based on complexity and detail

  • Props: $5 per prop - can be more depending on size and complexity

  • Light gore nature within design or elements: $10-$30

• I work with clients directly to determine the price based on complexity, but also to accommodate any financial hardships.

  • I am open to working on payment plans.

🔞 SFW vs NSFW Content

• My work is primarily SFW (Safe For Work).

• However, I do offer NSFW commissions, typically in the realm of soft NSFW:

  • Teasing, lewd, sensual poses, and risqué themes

  • No hardcore or explicit sexual content

• I reserve the right to decline any NSFW request or elements if I feel uncomfortable.

• All NSFW commissions require:

  • Detailed discussion beforehand

  • Explicit consent and agreement from both parties

• NSFW content includes a price increase of $10–$30, depending on the level of complexity and subject matter.
